General Criteria
Vidwat Vani welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the criteria of significance and subject excellence. The journal accepts only unpublished research papers. The main author must ensure that they have obtained necessary approval for their research paper publication from co-authors (if any).
Plagiarism & Copyright
The Journal adheres to a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and copyright infringement. All research paper submissions undergo a stringent plagiarism check before their acceptance for publication. However, the responsibility lies with the authors to ensure proper compliance with institutional approval where necessary.
Paper Submission Instructions
Electronic Submission
Only electronic submissions of research papers will be considered. The text should be error-free, fully typed in a single-spaced Microsoft Word file (in Arial Unicode / Mangal Font only) and should be mandatorily emailed to editor@vidwatvani.in or editor.vidwatvani@gmail.com as an attachment only. No PDF or JPG files will be accepted.
Author Details
The research paper should include the full name of the author and co-author(s) (if any), along with the institution and place. A scanned photograph in JPG format must be sent with the submission.
Abstract & Keywords
Each research paper must have an abstract of 200 words, along with 5 to 10 keywords.
References
A minimum of 5 references is mandatorily required for each paper with proper details including the book title, author's name, place and year of publication, and page numbers, etc.
Acceptance and Publication
Upon review by our Peer Review and Editorial Board team, an acceptance letter will be emailed to the author, including the expected publication date.
Copyright Agreement
Authors and co-authors (if any) must submit a filled and scanned copyright agreement form upon acceptance of their paper.
Publication Charges
Submission of the paper implies that the work is original and unpublished. Authors are required to pay a processing fee of Rs. 1200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred only) after acceptance for their paper publication.

After an initial editorial screening, suitable manuscripts are sent for peer review. Authors are typically notified of the decision within 2–3 weeks of submission.
